Role Overview
The Digital Banking Manager will lead the development, optimization, and operational performance of digital banking services across mobile, web, and other electronic channels. The role combines banking operations, fintech innovation, customer experience, technology coordination, and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for digital banking products and services.
• Oversee digital account opening, transfers, payments, cards, wallets, and self-service banking functionality.
• Analyze customer behavior and digital adoption to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with technology teams to enhance platform reliability, security, and usability.
• Establish performance indicators covering transaction volumes, customer engagement, service availability, and revenue.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual banking processes.
• Collaborate with risk, compliance, cybersecurity, operations, and product teams.
• Monitor emerging digital-banking technologies and assess their commercial relevance.
• Lead initiatives designed to improve customer retention and digital-channel adoption.
• Prepare management reports covering product performance, operational issues, and strategic opportunities.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Technology, or a related discipline.
• Professional experience in digital banking, fintech, financial services, or technology-driven operations.
• Strong understanding of digital banking products and customer journeys.
• Excellent analytical and project-management capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with APIs, mobile banking platforms, payment technologies, and digital identity solutions is advantageous.
