Role Summary

The Digital Assets Tokenisation Business Analyst will analyse business requirements for technology solutions supporting the tokenisation and administration of financial and real-world assets. The role involves examining business processes, documenting functional requirements and translating financial product needs into technical specifications that development teams can implement.

The successful candidate will work with product managers, blockchain engineers, financial specialists, compliance professionals and external stakeholders to support the design and improvement of tokenisation platforms.

The position requires an understanding of financial products, digital asset infrastructure and business analysis methodologies. The analyst will help ensure that platform functionality reflects operational requirements while supporting appropriate governance, transparency and control processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for digital asset tokenisation platforms and related financial technology products.

• Analyse business processes associated with asset registration, ownership records, digital representation and asset administration.

• Translate financial product requirements into functional specifications and structured development documentation.

• Work with blockchain engineers to understand how business requirements translate into platform functionality.

• Analyse token lifecycle processes, including issuance, transfer, redemption and record management.

• Support the development of user stories, acceptance criteria and business process documentation.

• Examine operational requirements relating to asset ownership verification and transaction records.

• Coordinate discussions between product, technology, compliance and financial operations teams.

• Support functional testing and validate developed features against approved business requirements.

• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to platform workflows.

• Assist with reviewing the operational implications of new tokenisation features and digital asset products.

• Prepare business analysis reports and maintain clear documentation of project decisions.

• Support stakeholder workshops and requirements validation sessions.

• Monitor developments in digital asset technology and assess their potential impact on product requirements.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of business analysis practices and product delivery processes.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems or Computer Science.

• Professional experience in business analysis, fintech product development, digital assets or financial technology consulting.

• Understanding of blockchain technology and digital asset concepts.

• Familiarity with tokenisation, smart contracts and digital asset lifecycle processes.

• Experience preparing functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Knowledge of business process modelling and requirements management methodologies.

• Ability to work with technical teams and communicate complex business requirements clearly.

• Familiarity with Agile development environments and project management tools.

• Strong analytical, documentation and problem-solving skills.

• Understanding of financial products, investment operations or asset administration is beneficial.

• Knowledge of digital asset governance and regulatory considerations is an advantage.

• Ability to coordinate requirements across multiple stakeholders in a remote environment.
