Blockchain is increasingly moving beyond experimental applications toward infrastructure capable of supporting sophisticated financial products.

We are looking for a Digital Asset Product Lead to shape blockchain-based products spanning digital assets, tokenized financial instruments, custody, trading infrastructure, and transaction services.

Your Mission

You will own product direction from early discovery through delivery and continuous improvement. The position requires someone capable of understanding blockchain technology deeply enough to work effectively with engineers while maintaining a clear focus on customers, commercial requirements, operational feasibility, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and long-term roadmaps for digital-asset solutions.
• Identify new opportunities across tokenization, custody, settlement, payments, and blockchain infrastructure.
• Translate customer and business requirements into detailed product specifications.
• Work with engineering teams to define blockchain architecture and integration requirements.
• Coordinate product development across technology, operations, risk, compliance, and security.
• Establish product KPIs and monitor performance following launch.
• Conduct market and competitor research across the European digital-asset sector.
• Evaluate blockchain networks, custody technologies, wallets, and infrastructure providers.
• Lead product discovery, prototyping, testing, launch, and optimization.
• Ensure product requirements account for security, operational controls, and applicable regulatory considerations.
• Present product strategy and progress to senior leadership.

Candidate Profile

• 6+ years of product-management experience in fintech, payments, financial markets, blockchain, or related technology.
• Strong practical understanding of blockchain and digital-asset infrastructure.
• Experience working with technical engineering teams.
• Familiarity with APIs, wallets, smart contracts, custody, and transaction systems.
• Strong commercial and analytical thinking.
• Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills.
• Experience in European financial technology is advantageous.
