Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Asset Custody Operations Specialist to support the daily administration and operational management of digital asset custody services.

The successful candidate will oversee custody-related operational procedures, monitor digital asset movements, maintain accurate transaction records, and coordinate operational controls across relevant systems. The position requires an understanding of blockchain technology, digital asset transactions, financial operations, and secure asset administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities relating to digital asset custody services.

• Monitor digital asset deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers.

• Review transaction records and investigate operational discrepancies.

• Support wallet administration and custody-related procedures.

• Maintain accurate records of asset movements and transaction activities.

• Coordinate with blockchain engineering and security teams on operational matters.

• Monitor custody system alerts and escalate unusual activities.

• Support reconciliation of digital asset balances across internal systems.

• Maintain operational documentation and custody reporting records.

• Assist with reviewing internal custody procedures and control effectiveness.

• Support operational improvements across digital asset management processes.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Experience in digital asset operations, financial services, or fintech administration.

• Understanding of blockchain networks, cryptocurrency transactions, and wallet infrastructure.

• Knowledge of transaction reconciliation and financial recordkeeping.

• Familiarity with custody platforms and digital asset management systems.

• Strong attention to detail and operational discipline.

• Understanding of information security and access control principles.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong written communication and documentation skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
