Position Overview

The Developer will design, build, and maintain modern software solutions supporting digital banking and technology-enabled financial services. This role involves developing secure, scalable applications for customer accounts, financial transactions, digital onboarding, financial dashboards, and banking-service integrations.

The successful candidate will work within a multidisciplinary technology environment alongside engineers, product managers, designers, cybersecurity specialists, data professionals, and financial-services teams to deliver reliable software capable of supporting complex financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop backend and full-stack applications for digital banking and fintech platforms.
• Build secure software components supporting customer accounts, transactions, transfers, and financial services.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrations with banking and third-party financial systems.
• Create scalable services capable of supporting high volumes of customer and transaction activity.
• Participate in the design of microservices and distributed software architectures.
• Improve application performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Develop automated tests and participate in code reviews.
• Work with databases to manage financial and customer information securely.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement secure coding practices.
• Support integration with identity, authentication, notification, and payment services.
• Investigate production issues and develop effective technical solutions.
• Participate in CI/CD processes and automated software deployments.
• Maintain clear technical documentation for applications, APIs, and integrations.
• Contribute to continuous modernization of fintech software platforms.
