Position Overview

The Designer will create intuitive, accessible, and visually sophisticated user experiences for digital banking and financial technology platforms. The role focuses on transforming complex banking services into simple and engaging digital journeys for individuals and business customers.

The successful candidate will work closely with product managers, developers, researchers, data specialists, and financial-services teams to design user-centered experiences across web and mobile financial platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design modern UX/UI experiences for digital banking platforms and financial applications.
• Create user flows for account onboarding, identity verification, account management, payments, and financial services.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, customer journeys, and high-fidelity interface designs.
• Design clear financial dashboards for balances, transactions, spending insights, and account activity.
• Conduct usability reviews and identify friction points within customer journeys.
• Collaborate with UX researchers to understand customer needs and behavior.
• Develop and maintain reusable design systems and interface components.
• Ensure consistent visual and interaction patterns across digital banking products.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
• Apply accessibility principles to ensure financial services are usable by diverse customers.
• Use customer feedback and product analytics to continuously improve experiences.
• Participate in design reviews, product workshops, and agile development processes.
• Simplify complex financial concepts through effective information architecture and interaction design.
• Support continuous innovation across digital banking and customer-facing fintech services.

Candidate Profile
