Turn Data into Insight
– Identify trends and patterns in data to uncover opportunities for growth and improvement
– Translate complex findings into clear, practical recommendations that inform decisions
– Design and conduct analyses to understand user engagement, content effectiveness, and program impact
Drive Product and Program Impact
– Partner with product, marketing, and program teams to define meaningful metrics and measure success
– Develop experimentation frameworks and analyze A/B tests to optimize features and experiences
– Build predictive models and recommendation systems that personalize and strengthen user journeys
Build Strong Foundations
– Create dashboards and visualizations that make insights accessible to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
– Build and maintain reliable data pipelines (data engineering experience preferred)
– Design and optimize data infrastructure and warehousing solutions
– Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across systems
– Work across the full data stack – from raw data ingestion to reporting and storytelling
