We are looking for a Data Scientist who can transform data into meaningful, actionable insight. Someone who is rigorous in analysis, thoughtful in interpretation, and motivated by impact. In this role, you will help us understand our community experience, measure what works, and guide strategic decisions that shape our products, programs, and reach. Your work will directly influence how we serve millions of women and allies around the world.

– Identify trends and patterns in data to uncover opportunities for growth and improvement

– Translate complex findings into clear, practical recommendations that inform decisions

– Design and conduct analyses to understand user engagement, content effectiveness, and program impact

– Partner with product, marketing, and program teams to define meaningful metrics and measure success

– Develop experimentation frameworks and analyze A/B tests to optimize features and experiences

– Build predictive models and recommendation systems that personalize and strengthen user journeys
