About The Role:

Join our Customer Experience team and become part of a collaborative, international environment where data plays a key role in shaping how we connect with customers across the Baltics.

As a Data Analyst, you’ll have the opportunity to influence business decisions through insights, work with modern data-driven solutions, and help create seamless, personalized experiences for hundreds of thousands of customers. You’ll collaborate with talented colleagues across the region, contribute to impactful initiatives, and see the direct value of your work in customer communications and engagement.

Your contribution:

• Perform customer segmentation and data selections

• Process and analyze large volumes of data

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across different units

• Create and develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations

• Analyze customer behavior and provide business recommendations

• Design and implement automated, cross-channel communication solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

• Experience in data analysis, data processing and working with large datasets

• Strong MS Excel skills and SQL fundamentals are essential (segmentation logic, joins, filtering)

• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills as well as good communication skills and proficiency in English, as daily work consists of Baltic-level projects.

• Familiarity of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Power BI, or Python would be considered an advantage

• Higher education (completed or in progress) in Mathematics, IT, Economics, Finance, or a related field is preferred, though relevant hands-on experience in data-related roles is highly valued
