Customer Engagement Manager
We are hiring a Remote Customer Engagement Manager to lead engagement strategy and oversee initiatives that drive customer loyalty and advocacy. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define engagement strategy across the customer lifecycle
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with marketing and product teams
- Track KPIs such as retention, churn, and engagement rates
- Manage engagement campaigns and optimization efforts
Qualifications:
- 4+ years in customer engagement or growth roles
