Job Overview

We are looking for a Corporate FX Solutions Analyst to support the design, analysis, and delivery of foreign exchange solutions for businesses with international payment obligations, multi-currency revenues, and cross-border financial operations. This role focuses on understanding corporate currency exposures, evaluating available FX products, analysing transaction costs, and providing reliable information to support treasury and client decision-making.

Based in Estonia, the successful candidate will work closely with corporate relationship managers, treasury specialists, FX dealers, and operations teams to develop practical solutions for clients operating across multiple currencies. The position is suited to an analytical professional who can interpret financial data, understand corporate cash-flow requirements, and communicate FX-related findings in a commercially useful manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse corporate clients’ currency flows, including foreign-currency receivables, payables, operating expenses, and international transfers.

  • Assess FX exposure arising from cross-border trade, international supplier payments, foreign-currency borrowing, and overseas revenue.

  • Support the preparation of tailored FX solutions using spot transactions, forward contracts, and other appropriate currency instruments.

  • Compare exchange rates, transaction fees, execution options, and hedging costs to identify potential efficiencies.

  • Prepare currency exposure reports, cash-flow forecasts, and scenario analyses to support corporate treasury decisions.

  • Monitor major currency pairs and relevant economic developments to identify factors affecting clients’ FX requirements.

  • Assist in evaluating hedging alternatives and explaining their potential benefits, costs, and limitations.

  • Collaborate with FX dealers and relationship managers to prepare client proposals, pricing summaries, and market briefings.

  • Review transaction data to identify recurring FX requirements, unusual currency movements, and opportunities to improve payment processes.

  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure proposed solutions align with settlement procedures and available product capabilities.

  • Maintain accurate analytical records and prepare reports for internal reviews and client discussions.

  • Support the development of standardised FX reporting tools, client dashboards, and analytical workflows.

  • Ensure that recommendations remain within approved product parameters and applicable compliance requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field.

  • Experience in financial analysis, corporate treasury, FX operations, banking, or financial services.

  • Good understanding of foreign exchange markets, currency conversion, forward contracts, and corporate hedging principles.

  • Ability to analyse cash flows, transaction histories, exchange-rate movements, and financial exposure data.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modelling, pivot tables, and data analysis.

  • Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, Python, or other analytical tools is an advantage.

  • Ability to prepare clear reports and translate quantitative findings into practical business recommendations.

  • Understanding of cross-border payments, international trade, and multi-currency business operations.

  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and problem-solving ability.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Experience

Experience supporting multinational companies, importers and exporters, corporate banking clients, or businesses with recurring international payment requirements would be advantageous. Familiarity with treasury management systems, enterprise resource planning platforms, and corporate payment solutions is also beneficial.

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to contribute to practical FX solutions for businesses operating internationally.

  • Exposure to corporate treasury, currency-risk analysis, international payments, and financial product development.

  • Collaboration with experienced financial markets and corporate banking professionals.

  • Opportunities to strengthen analytical, technical, and client advisory skills.

  • Competitive remuneration based on qualifications, relevant experience, and the scope of the role.

Ideal Candidate: An analytical and commercially aware professional who understands corporate currency requirements and can turn FX data into practical, well-supported solutions for business clients.
