Role Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Consultant to advise financial institutions and fintech businesses on digital transformation, operating-model modernization, technology adoption, and the redesign of financial-service delivery.

The role requires the ability to connect business strategy with technology execution while helping organizations build more efficient, scalable, and customer-focused digital financial ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess existing digital-banking and fintech operating models and identify transformation opportunities.
• Develop strategic roadmaps covering technology, products, operations, and customer experience.
• Analyze banking processes and recommend opportunities for automation and digitization.
• Evaluate emerging fintech technologies and their potential commercial applications.
• Lead business-process redesign initiatives across payments, onboarding, servicing, and digital channels.
• Develop detailed business cases, investment analyses, and transformation proposals.
• Facilitate workshops with senior executives, technology teams, product leaders, and operational stakeholders.
• Monitor transformation programs against defined financial, operational, and customer KPIs.
• Identify implementation risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Technology, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in fintech, banking, management consulting, or digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of digital financial services and technology-enabled operating models.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex transformation initiatives.
