Position Overview

The Consultant will support fintech organizations in transforming financial operations through technology, automation, process redesign, data, and modern operating models.

The position focuses on improving the efficiency and scalability of financial processes across payments, customer operations, finance, risk, compliance, product delivery, and technology. The successful candidate will analyze existing processes and design practical transformation programs that deliver measurable improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess operational processes across fintech and digital financial services.
• Identify manual processes suitable for automation.
• Develop digital-transformation roadmaps for financial operations.
• Analyze operational costs, process efficiency, customer journeys, and service performance.
• Design target operating models for technology-enabled financial services.
• Support implementation of workflow automation and intelligent-process solutions.
• Evaluate opportunities to integrate AI into customer operations and financial processes.
• Develop business cases for technology modernization.
• Coordinate transformation programs across technology, finance, operations, risk, and product teams.
• Establish KPIs covering efficiency, transaction processing, service quality, automation, and operational cost.
• Analyze technology dependencies and operational risks.
• Support migration from manual or legacy processes to digital platforms.
• Develop process maps, operating procedures, requirements documents, and implementation plans.
• Evaluate third-party fintech platforms and technology providers.
• Prepare executive reports, transformation assessments, and strategic recommendations.
