We are seeking a Commercial Finance & Business Performance Analyst to strengthen financial visibility and support evidence-based commercial decisions.

Position Overview

In this role, you will analyse commercial performance, evaluate revenue drivers, monitor business unit profitability, and support financial planning across key functions. You will work closely with commercial leaders to understand performance trends, assess business opportunities, and identify areas where financial results can be improved.

The ideal candidate combines financial expertise with commercial awareness and enjoys working with data to explain what drives business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse revenue, gross margin, operating costs, customer economics, and business unit performance.
• Prepare monthly commercial performance reports and explain differences between actual results, budgets, and forecasts.
• Evaluate pricing strategies, sales performance, customer profitability, and product contribution margins.
• Support budgeting and forecasting for sales, marketing, customer operations, and other commercial functions.
• Build and maintain financial models to assess new initiatives, commercial investments, and business opportunities.
• Partner with sales and business development teams to evaluate pipeline assumptions and revenue projections.
• Track key performance indicators, including revenue growth, customer acquisition costs, retention, and contribution margin where relevant.
• Conduct scenario analysis to assess the financial impact of pricing changes, cost increases, and growth initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency, resource allocation, and commercial returns.
• Present financial findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear, business-oriented language.
• Contribute to improvements in reporting automation, data integrity, and performance measurement.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience in commercial finance, FP&A, business analysis, management accounting, or a similar position.
• Strong Excel skills and experience developing financial models.
• Understanding of revenue analysis, profitability measurement, cost allocation, and variance analysis.
• Ability to interpret commercial data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with ERP systems, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM data, sales forecasting, or subscription-based business models is beneficial.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent command of English; Estonian language proficiency is an advantage.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous process improvement.
