Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Manager to lead the development of analytical capabilities that support strategic, commercial, and operational decision-making across a growing fintech environment.

The role will involve transforming complex data into meaningful intelligence, establishing reporting frameworks, developing performance dashboards, and ensuring that decision-makers have access to accurate and actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of business intelligence strategies and analytical frameworks.
• Design executive dashboards and performance-reporting systems.
• Analyse financial, operational, transactional, and customer data.
• Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks across major business functions.
• Translate complex analytical findings into practical business recommendations.
• Partner with Finance, Product, Operations, Marketing, and Technology teams.
• Identify performance trends, growth opportunities, and operational inefficiencies.
• Improve data-reporting processes and analytical automation.
• Develop forecasting and performance-monitoring capabilities.
• Ensure appropriate data quality and consistency across reporting systems.
• Present strategic insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor analysts and business intelligence professionals where applicable.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, financial analysis, or data-driven strategy.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and business intelligence platforms.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or comparable analytical tools.
• Strong understanding of KPI development and performance measurement.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation capabilities.
• Experience within fintech, banking, technology, or digital services is advantageous.
