About the role
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying and signing top Grocery&Retail partners, managing the end-to-end partner journey—from pitching and onboarding to activation and performance optimization. You’ll play a key role in shaping our retail strategy in Estonia, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive business success and deliver the best possible experience for our partners and customers. This is a high-impact role where you’ll combine commercial acumen with strong operational execution, problem-solving, and communication skills.
