Business Analyst – Fintech & Digital Operations

A growing digital business environment in Estonia is seeking a highly analytical Business Analyst to help transform business challenges into practical, measurable solutions. This opportunity is suited to someone who enjoys investigating processes, working with data, communicating with different departments, and understanding how technology can improve the way organisations operate.

You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping translate strategic objectives into clearly defined requirements and workable solutions. Your work may support digital banking, payments, customer platforms, automation, internal systems, or wider corporate technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyse business requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to identify operational challenges and improvement opportunities.
• Map existing processes and recommend more efficient alternatives.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, finance teams, and operations specialists.
• Analyse business data to identify trends and performance opportunities.
• Support technology projects from initial discovery through implementation.
• Prepare reports, process documentation, presentations, and business cases.
• Assist with user acceptance testing and solution validation.
• Monitor implemented solutions and recommend further improvements.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone with strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand both business and technology requirements. Experience in fintech, banking, payments, software, consulting, e-commerce, telecommunications, or digital transformation would be an advantage.
