Position Overview

We are looking for a commercially minded and analytical Business Development Analyst to support business growth, market research, strategic planning, and new commercial opportunities. The successful candidate will work with management and business teams to analyze market trends, evaluate potential partnerships, and provide insights that support informed decision-making.

This office-based position is suitable for someone who enjoys combining research, data analysis, commercial strategy, and professional communication. The Business Development Analyst will play an important role in identifying opportunities for expansion and helping the organization strengthen its position within competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyze industry developments.
• Identify potential business opportunities, partnerships, and growth areas.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and commercial recommendations for management.
• Analyze competitors, customer trends, and market performance.
• Support the development of business strategies and expansion plans.
• Assist with partnership discussions and business proposals.
• Monitor key commercial performance indicators.
• Work with internal departments to evaluate new projects and initiatives.
• Prepare financial and operational information to support business decisions.
• Maintain accurate records of market intelligence and development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in business analysis, market research, consulting, or business development is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prepare professional reports and presentations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business-analysis tools.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with different teams.
• Professional English communication skills; additional European language skills are an advantage.
