Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly engaged and self-motivated hardware engineer with CPU architecture/design background, strong interpersonal skills, and a drive for continuous learning.
As a member of our Applications Engineering team, you will enable the success of the world’s leading semiconductor and technology companies that are implementing the full range of Arm IP in a wide variety of products. Develop positive relationships by working directly with customers, and by providing feedback for product enhancements back into the design cycle.
This role requires physical presence in Chandler, AZ, but with a very flexible Hybrid work policy. Relocation accommodations are available. We regularly collaborate with other multidisciplinary teams in the US and around the world, and so the ability to thrive while working remotely is a must.
Key Responsibilities:

• Build targeted testbenches and debug simulation waveforms to reproduce and root-cause customer issues down to the RTL level
• Develop and lead customer training sessions and design reviews, and gain first-hand exposure to the technical challenges they face
• Improve internal and customer workflows by contributing to documentation and authoring knowledge base articles
• Advocate for customers internally to help drive prioritization and resolution of issues
