Key Responsibilities
- Product Leadership and Strategy
- Define and execute the long-term vision and roadmap for Uniphore’s Agentic Application suite.
- Drive market leadership by identifying emerging trends, customer needs, and new use cases for AI-driven real-time engagement.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from ideation to market success and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Engineering, AI Research, Design, and GTM) to deliver differentiated enterprise applications.
- Lead a team through the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products
- Attract, build, manage, and develop a talented team of product leaders with a broad range of experiences, perspectives, approaches, and backgrounds
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
