An opportunity is available for an analytical and technically proficient Analyst to support the use of data, digital systems, and quantitative intelligence within Estonia’s evolving healthcare environment. The position is suited to a professional who can transform complex healthcare datasets into meaningful insights that support operational planning, service improvement, resource allocation, and evidence-based decision-making.

The successful candidate will work with healthcare professionals, technology specialists, administrators, and management teams to examine clinical and operational information. The role will involve developing analytical reports, identifying trends, evaluating performance indicators, improving data-quality processes, and supporting the implementation of data-driven healthcare initiatives.

The Analyst will also contribute to projects involving healthcare information systems, patient-service optimization, forecasting, and digital transformation. Strong analytical discipline, data governance awareness, and the ability to communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders will be important.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze healthcare, operational, and service-performance datasets.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical models for decision-making.
• Identify trends, anomalies, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support forecasting of healthcare demand and resource requirements.
• Monitor data quality, consistency, and integrity.
• Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and technology teams.
• Translate analytical findings into practical recommendations.
• Support digital-health transformation projects.
• Develop performance indicators for healthcare services.
• Assist with data-governance and information-management initiatives.
• Maintain appropriate confidentiality and responsible data-handling practices.

Desired Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Health Informatics, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience working with structured datasets and analytical tools.
• Knowledge of SQL, Excel, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar technologies is advantageous.
• Strong quantitative reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent report-writing and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to handle complex information with accuracy and discretion.
