Position Overview

The Analyst will provide financial and operational intelligence to support decision-making across fintech products and technology-enabled financial services. The role combines financial analysis, business intelligence, performance measurement, data interpretation, forecasting, and fintech economics.

The successful candidate will analyze revenue, costs, transaction activity, customer behavior, product performance, and operational metrics to help identify growth opportunities and improve financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop financial and operational analyses for fintech products and services.
• Monitor revenue, costs, margins, transaction volumes, and customer economics.
• Build financial models supporting strategic and operational decisions.
• Analyze product profitability and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop forecasts for revenue, transaction activity, customer growth, and operating costs.
• Create dashboards tracking fintech business performance.
• Analyze customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and lifetime value.
• Evaluate transaction-level economics across payment and financial products.
• Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis for strategic initiatives.
• Work with finance, product, data, operations, and commercial teams.
• Identify trends and anomalies within financial and operational datasets.
• Support budgeting and financial-planning activities.
• Analyze the financial impact of new fintech products and technology investments.
• Prepare management reports and executive presentations.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
• Recommend opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency, and product performance.

Candidate Profile
