About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Analyst to support payment operations, transaction analysis, financial performance monitoring, and business intelligence activities.

The successful candidate will examine transaction data and operational information to identify performance patterns, investigate anomalies, support process improvements, and provide decision-ready insights to business and technology teams.

This role is suited to an analytical professional who is comfortable working with numbers, digital payment systems, structured datasets, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze payment transactions, operational activity, and financial performance.
• Monitor transaction volumes, processing trends, and service-level indicators.
• Identify unusual patterns and investigate potential operational issues.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc management reports.
• Develop dashboards and analytical views for payment operations.
• Support reconciliation and investigation of transaction discrepancies.
• Analyze payment performance across products and customer segments.
• Work with technology teams to improve data availability and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve payment processes and operational efficiency.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Experience in payments, fintech, banking, financial analysis, or business intelligence.
• Strong Excel and data-analysis capabilities.
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or similar tools is advantageous.
• Strong numerical reasoning and attention to detail.
• Ability to investigate discrepancies and identify meaningful trends.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
