About the Role

We are looking for a commercially aware Analyst to provide high-quality research, financial analysis, business intelligence, and strategic insight across a technology-driven financial services environment.

The role requires someone capable of working with quantitative information while understanding the broader commercial context behind the numbers. You will examine business performance, customer activity, market developments, financial trends, and operational data to help leadership make better-informed decisions.

The successful candidate will work closely with finance, product, operations, technology, and strategy teams and will be expected to communicate complex findings in a concise and actionable manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial, operational, customer, and market data.
• Prepare analytical reports, dashboards, presentations, and management summaries.
• Identify trends and performance changes across key business areas.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and business-planning activities.
• Develop quantitative models to evaluate business opportunities.
• Investigate performance gaps and recommend potential improvements.
• Work with data teams to improve reporting accuracy and accessibility.
• Translate analytical findings into commercially useful recommendations.
• Support strategic projects requiring detailed research and quantitative analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience in financial analysis, business intelligence, fintech, banking, consulting, or a related sector.
• Strong Excel and data-analysis capabilities.
• Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or comparable analytical tools is advantageous.
• Strong numerical reasoning and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple analytical assignments and meet deadlines.
