What you’ll do
- Own the full sales cycle: sourcing → closing → expansion
- Work directly with founders on early GTM strategy
- Talk to users constantly and refine positioning based on real conversations
- Run demos, close deals, and help customers get value quickly
- Build the foundation for future sales processes and playbooks
- Do whatever it takes to win early customers
What we’re looking for
- Experience selling technical products to developers or engineering teams
- Strong product intuition—you understand what you’re selling deeply
- Scrappy, resourceful, and comfortable with zero structure
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- High agency: you create opportunities instead of waiting for them
- Bonus: early-stage startup experience or hybrid sales + product background
