Provide advanced technical support to SEB employees across hardware, software, and collaboration tools

Handle installations, moves, adds, and changes (IMAC) for workplaces and devices
-
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with computers, peripherals and meeting room equipment
-
Manage configuration changes, warranty repairs, and maintenance for IT hardware and software
-
Support Microsoft 365 services and assist users with daily operational questions
-
Coordinate logistics for IT equipment, including packaging, transport, and utilization

Solid experience in IT support, including hardware, software, and workplace technologies
-
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook)

Hands-on experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computers, peripherals, and network equipment

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team

Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and follow established procedures

Good Estonian and English language skills to confidently guide our colleagues through technical steps
