Role Summary

We are seeking a Financial Product Configuration Specialist to manage the configuration and maintenance of financial product features across digital platforms. The successful candidate will work with product, engineering, and operations teams to configure product parameters, validate system settings, and support the introduction of new financial service features.

The role requires a strong understanding of digital financial products, configuration management, and operational processes. The ideal candidate should be comfortable translating product specifications into accurate system configurations and ensuring that changes are properly tested before implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure financial product parameters across digital banking and payment platforms.

• Maintain product settings, transaction limits, service rules, and operational configurations.

• Review product specifications and translate requirements into configuration tasks.

• Coordinate with engineering teams on product configuration changes.

• Conduct functional checks to confirm that product settings operate as intended.

• Support the configuration of customer account features and financial service options.

• Investigate configuration-related errors and coordinate corrective actions.

• Maintain accurate configuration records and change documentation.

• Assist with product launches, feature updates, and platform enhancements.

• Participate in testing activities before configuration changes are released.

• Monitor product configuration performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Ensure configuration activities follow internal control and change management procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Experience in fintech product operations, financial systems administration, or software configuration.

• Understanding of digital banking, payment services, or financial product functionality.

• Familiarity with product configuration tools and business application platforms.

• Ability to interpret technical and functional product specifications.

• Experience supporting software testing and configuration validation.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.

• Good understanding of financial transaction processes.

• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and coordinate tasks across remote teams.
