Role Summary

We are seeking a Financial Software Implementation Consultant to support the deployment and configuration of financial technology applications for business clients. The successful candidate will coordinate implementation activities, gather operational requirements, configure software functionality, and guide clients through system testing and adoption.

This role requires an understanding of financial business processes, software implementation methodologies, and the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation of financial software solutions for business clients.

• Gather and document client requirements before system configuration begins.

• Translate financial and operational requirements into software specifications.

• Configure financial applications to meet agreed business requirements.

• Coordinate user acceptance testing and implementation validation.

• Support data preparation and system transition activities.

• Identify implementation challenges and work with technical teams on resolutions.

• Prepare user guides, configuration records, and implementation documentation.

• Conduct remote product demonstrations and user training sessions.

• Monitor implementation progress against agreed project milestones.

• Support clients during post-implementation activities and system stabilisation.

• Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and customer adoption.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Professional experience in software implementation, financial systems, or technology consulting.

• Understanding of financial processes such as payments, accounting, reconciliation, or banking operations.

• Familiarity with software configuration and implementation methodologies.

• Ability to gather business requirements and prepare functional documentation.

• Experience with user acceptance testing and implementation support.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple implementation activities independently.

• Experience working with fintech platforms or enterprise financial applications is advantageous.
