Role Summary

The Fintech Product Implementation Consultant will manage the implementation and configuration of financial technology solutions for business customers and institutional clients.

The role involves translating client requirements into practical product configurations, coordinating implementation activities, supporting technical integrations, and ensuring that deployed solutions meet agreed business and operational requirements.

The successful candidate will act as a bridge between clients and internal product and engineering teams, helping to ensure that financial technology products are implemented efficiently and deliver measurable operational value.

This position requires a combination of technical understanding, project coordination, client communication, and knowledge of digital financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation of fintech products, including digital banking platforms, payment solutions, financial workflow applications, and transaction management systems.

• Gather and document client business requirements, operational processes, technical expectations, and implementation objectives.

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, configuration requirements, and implementation plans.

• Support product configuration, system testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment preparation.

• Coordinate technical integration activities involving APIs, payment systems, financial data platforms, and third-party service providers.

• Work closely with engineering and product teams to investigate integration challenges and resolve implementation-related issues.

• Prepare implementation documentation, configuration guides, testing procedures, and client-facing technical materials.

• Conduct product demonstrations, implementation workshops, and onboarding sessions for business customers.

• Monitor implementation milestones, identify delivery risks, and communicate project progress to relevant stakeholders.

• Assist clients in understanding product functionality, system limitations, operational workflows, and recommended implementation practices.

• Support post-deployment activities, including issue tracking, product optimization, and operational transition.

• Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes, reduce deployment complexity, and enhance client adoption.

• Maintain accurate records of implementation activities, customer requirements, technical decisions, and outstanding issues.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• At least three years of experience in fintech implementation, financial software deployment, technical consulting, business systems analysis, or enterprise application delivery.

• Understanding of digital banking, payment processing, financial software, or other technology-enabled financial services.

• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, system integration concepts, and technical documentation.

• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional or technical specifications.

• Practical knowledge of software testing, implementation planning, and user acceptance testing.

• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple implementation activities in a remote working environment.

• Familiarity with Agile project delivery, issue tracking systems, and collaborative documentation tools.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and client relationship management skills.

• Professional proficiency in English. Estonian language skills are beneficial.
