Role Summary

The Stablecoin Payments Operations Specialist will oversee operational activities associated with stablecoin payment processing, transaction monitoring, settlement coordination, and digital asset reconciliation.

The role requires an understanding of blockchain-based payment infrastructure, digital asset transactions, and financial operations. The successful candidate will monitor payment activity, investigate transaction exceptions, maintain accurate operational records, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure reliable payment execution.

Working remotely within Estonia, the specialist will collaborate with finance, compliance, technology, and customer operations teams to support efficient stablecoin payment services.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor stablecoin payment transactions across supported blockchain networks and digital payment platforms.

• Review transaction confirmations, wallet activity, transfer statuses, and settlement records.

• Investigate delayed, unsuccessful, or incorrectly processed digital asset transfers.

• Support reconciliation of stablecoin balances and transaction records across internal financial systems.

• Coordinate with payment providers and technology teams to resolve transaction processing issues.

• Maintain accurate records of digital asset transfers, settlements, and operational exceptions.

• Monitor blockchain network activity and identify transaction-related operational disruptions.

• Assist with testing new stablecoin payment channels and digital asset integrations.

• Support transaction monitoring and escalate unusual activity through established procedures.

• Prepare operational reports covering payment volumes, settlement performance, and transaction exceptions.

• Maintain documentation covering payment procedures and digital asset operational controls.

• Identify opportunities to improve transaction processing efficiency and operational reliability.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Economics, or a related field.

• At least two years of experience in digital payments, fintech operations, cryptocurrency operations, or financial transaction processing.

• Understanding of stablecoins, blockchain transactions, and digital asset payment infrastructure.

• Familiarity with blockchain explorers and transaction verification procedures.

• Understanding of wallet operations, transaction confirmations, and settlement processes.

• Experience with financial reconciliation and transaction monitoring.

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

• Knowledge of digital asset compliance and operational risk controls is an advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and documentation abilities.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with distributed teams.
