Role Summary

The Embedded Finance Product Operations Specialist will coordinate the operational activities supporting financial products integrated into third-party platforms and business applications. The role involves monitoring product performance, supporting partner implementations, managing operational requirements and ensuring that embedded financial services function effectively.

The successful candidate will work with product managers, engineering teams, partner organisations and financial operations specialists to support the delivery and ongoing management of embedded banking and payment solutions.

This position requires an understanding of digital financial products, partner operations and the practical requirements involved in integrating financial services into external business platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities supporting embedded finance products and services.

• Support the onboarding and operational implementation of business partners using integrated financial solutions.

• Monitor product performance and identify service delivery issues affecting partner platforms.

• Coordinate with engineering teams to investigate product functionality and integration-related problems.

• Maintain operational documentation covering product workflows, partner requirements and service procedures.

• Support the rollout of new financial product features and operational enhancements.

• Track implementation milestones and ensure that outstanding partner requirements are followed up.

• Review partner feedback and communicate recurring product issues to relevant internal teams.

• Assist with testing financial product workflows before new features are introduced.

• Monitor service performance indicators and prepare regular operational reports.

• Coordinate issue resolution across product, technical support, compliance and payment operations teams.

• Support the maintenance of partner-facing operational procedures and service documentation.

• Identify opportunities to improve product delivery, partner communication and operational efficiency.

• Assist with internal reviews of embedded payment and banking service processes.

• Ensure that product operations follow established internal controls and applicable financial services requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems or a related discipline.

• Experience in fintech operations, product operations, digital banking or financial services implementation.

• Understanding of embedded finance, payment products or banking technology.

• Familiarity with API-based services and third-party financial integrations.

• Strong organisational and project coordination abilities.

• Experience working with product management, engineering or partner-facing teams.

• Ability to analyse operational information and identify areas requiring improvement.

• Proficiency in spreadsheets, reporting tools and project management platforms.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple partner requirements and operational priorities.

• Understanding of financial services compliance and operational controls is beneficial.

• Experience supporting product launches or technology implementation projects is an advantage.
