Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Crypto Product Manager to lead institutional digital asset products and infrastructure-related initiatives. This role involves identifying enterprise customer requirements, defining strategic product direction, and coordinating the delivery of solutions that support secure digital asset operations.

You will work with institutional customers, engineering, security, compliance, legal, and commercial teams to develop products that address complex business requirements while maintaining a strong focus on reliability, usability, and applicable regulatory obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap for institutional digital asset solutions.
• Engage institutional customers and internal stakeholders to understand operational needs and product opportunities.
• Translate customer requirements into product specifications, delivery plans, and measurable business outcomes.
• Lead initiatives involving digital asset custody integrations, transaction workflows, reporting, treasury operations, or institutional account functionality, as relevant to the product portfolio.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on system integrations, APIs, transaction processing, and platform architecture.
• Work with security and risk teams to assess product dependencies, access controls, operational safeguards, and potential vulnerabilities.
• Coordinate with compliance and legal stakeholders to incorporate applicable regulatory requirements into product development.
• Define product metrics related to adoption, reliability, transaction processing, customer satisfaction, and commercial performance.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis across institutional cryptocurrency and digital asset services.
• Support customer discovery, pilot programmes, product demonstrations, and enterprise onboarding initiatives.
• Manage product prioritisation across competing customer requests, technical dependencies, and business objectives.
• Communicate roadmap progress, risks, and strategic recommendations to leadership and relevant stakeholders.
• Mentor product team members and promote consistent product management practices.
• Monitor developments in institutional digital assets, custody technology, tokenisation, and blockchain infrastructure.

Requirements and Qualifications

• At least 5 years of product management experience, including meaningful exposure to fintech, financial services, enterprise software, or digital assets.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex products with multiple technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency infrastructure, blockchain transactions, digital asset operations, or institutional financial workflows.
• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, platform architecture, and technical product documentation.
• Experience working with security, compliance, legal, and risk stakeholders in a regulated or risk-sensitive environment.
• Ability to evaluate market opportunities and translate customer needs into product strategy.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and strategic decision-making skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to operate independently and lead cross-functional initiatives within a distributed organisation.
