We are seeking a motivated Full-Stack Engineer to join our development team and contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our digital products.

About the Role

As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will work across the entire application stack, developing responsive frontend experiences and robust backend services. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, QA specialists, and other engineers to transform business requirements into reliable, maintainable software.

The ideal candidate enjoys solving technical problems, learning new technologies, and taking ownership of features from initial design through deployment and ongoing improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Build responsive user interfaces using React, Angular, or comparable frontend frameworks.
• Develop backend services, REST APIs, and application logic using technologies such as Node.js, Java, Python, or C#.
• Design and maintain relational databases, data models, and efficient queries.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services and third-party APIs.
• Implement authentication, authorisation, input validation, and appropriate application security controls.
• Write clean, reusable, testable, and well-documented code.
• Develop unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to maintain software quality.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical design discussions.
• Investigate bugs, resolve performance issues, and improve application reliability.
• Collaborate with DevOps engineers to support deployment automation and continuous integration.
• Contribute to technical documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Professional experience developing full-stack web applications.
• Proficiency in at least one modern frontend framework, such as React or Angular.
• Experience with a backend language or framework such as Node.js, Java, Python, or C#.
• Good understanding of JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Working knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Familiarity with Git, automated testing, and modern development workflows.
• Understanding of responsive design, web security, and application performance.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English; Estonian language skills are an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and containerised applications.
• Knowledge of Redis, message queues, or asynchronous processing.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments.
• Exposure to SaaS products, fintech applications, or data-driven platforms.
