Position Overview

We are looking for a capable Fintech Product Implementation Consultant to help financial institutions, businesses, and technology partners deploy and configure digital financial solutions. The role focuses on understanding customer requirements, coordinating implementation activities, configuring systems, and ensuring that fintech products operate effectively within client environments.

The ideal candidate combines technical understanding with business communication skills and can translate financial service requirements into practical implementation plans. You will work with product, engineering, customer success, and client teams to deliver structured onboarding and successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document client requirements for payment platforms, digital banking applications, financial APIs, and related fintech products.

• Coordinate implementation schedules, milestones, technical dependencies, and client communications.

• Assist with system configuration, API integration, user acceptance testing, and production readiness checks.

• Translate business requirements into implementation specifications and actionable technical tasks.

• Work with engineering teams to investigate integration issues, configuration errors, and product functionality concerns.

• Prepare implementation documentation, user guides, training materials, and handover records.

• Monitor implementation progress and communicate risks, dependencies, and proposed solutions to relevant stakeholders.

• Support post-launch reviews and recommend improvements based on client feedback and system performance.

• Ensure implementation activities follow applicable information security, privacy, and operational procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• A degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Experience in software implementation, technical consulting, fintech operations, or enterprise application deployment.

• Understanding of APIs, web-based applications, data flows, and software testing procedures.

• Ability to document business requirements and communicate technical information clearly.

• Familiarity with payment processing, banking software, open banking, or financial APIs is beneficial.

• Strong project coordination, troubleshooting, and client relationship skills.

• Confidence using project management tools, spreadsheets, and documentation platforms.

• Professional English communication skills; additional European languages are an advantage.
