An international financial markets team in Estonia is looking for a capable FX Sales Dealer to strengthen its institutional and professional client coverage function. The position focuses on delivering high-quality foreign exchange execution while developing long-term client relationships and maintaining a strong understanding of changing market conditions.

The successful candidate will work across sales and dealing functions, helping clients navigate currency markets while coordinating pricing and execution with internal trading teams and external liquidity providers. This is a commercially focused role requiring market knowledge, responsiveness, accuracy, and strong professional judgement.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day FX relationships with institutional, corporate, and professional clients.
• Respond to client enquiries relating to currency pricing, liquidity, execution, and market conditions.
• Provide timely and competitive FX quotations within approved pricing parameters.
• Execute client orders accurately while considering liquidity and prevailing market conditions.
• Monitor major currency markets and identify developments that may affect client trading decisions.
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding market movements and relevant FX activity.
• Coordinate with dealing and liquidity teams to obtain efficient execution for larger or more complex transactions.
• Analyse client trading patterns and identify opportunities for improving coverage and service.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure timely completion of post-trade requirements.
• Monitor client positions, trading limits, and relevant exposure information.
• Support daily sales and trading reports covering volumes, spreads, revenue, and client activity.
• Escalate unusual trading activity, pricing issues, or potential risk concerns through appropriate channels.
• Contribute to the improvement of FX sales processes, client tools, and execution workflows.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in FX sales, dealing, brokerage, treasury, or institutional financial markets.
• Practical knowledge of global foreign exchange markets and currency pricing.
• Strong understanding of execution, spreads, liquidity, and FX market risk.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain professional client relationships.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work accurately under time pressure and respond quickly to client requests.
• Familiarity with trading terminals, market-data platforms, and electronic FX execution systems.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and professional discipline.
• Relevant academic background in finance, economics, business, mathematics, or a related field is advantageous.
