About Us:

Ths isn’t just another fintech startup—we are a mission-driven team working to democratize wealth management for the next generation. Backed by elite venture capital and operating from the heart of Tallinn’s legendary tech district, we are building a platform that eliminates the barriers between the average user and global financial markets. We don’t believe in red tape or legacy limitations; we believe in shipping code that changes lives.

The Role:

We are searching for a high-impact Senior Full-Stack Engineer who thrives on complexity and rapid iteration. You will be a lead contributor to our core platform, focusing on architecting highly scalable microservices and creating seamless user interfaces. You will work closely with our founders to influence product strategy, experiment with new technologies, and contribute to an engineering culture that prizes performance, clean code, and bold experimentation. You won’t just be maintaining a product—you will be architecting its future.

Requirements:

• Tech Stack: Expert-level mastery of Node.js, React, and TypeScript. Experience with cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Kubernetes) is essential.
• Experience: 3+ years in a fast-paced product-led environment, ideally within a scaling startup.
• Mindset: You are a natural problem solver who isn’t afraid to take ownership of large, ambiguous challenges.
• Collaboration: You value pair programming, thorough code reviews, and a “fail fast, learn faster” iterative development cycle.
• Languages: English is our working language; proficiency in Estonian is appreciated but not required.

What We Offer:

Beyond a competitive salary, we offer significant early-stage equity options that allow you to share directly in our success. We offer a culture that prioritizes your autonomy, an annual budget for professional development and hardware, and a vibrant, international office environment in Tallinn that hosts frequent team events and hackathons.
