Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily forex transaction and settlement activities across multiple currency markets.
• Monitor trade confirmations, payment instructions, reconciliations, and exception reports.
• Work closely with trading, finance, compliance, and banking teams to resolve operational issues.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure operational procedures are consistently followed.
• Investigate discrepancies and support timely resolution of settlement or payment breaks.
• Assist with improving operational processes, controls, and reporting workflows.
• Prepare internal reports covering transaction volumes, operational exceptions, and settlement activity.
• Support audits and maintain appropriate documentation for operational and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in forex, financial services, banking, payments, treasury, or a related operational environment.
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle and settlement processes.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to work accurately under time pressure.
• Comfortable working with financial systems, spreadsheets, and operational reporting tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
