We are looking for a commercially minded FX Sales Trader who can combine strong client engagement with disciplined market execution. This is a high-impact role for someone who understands that successful FX sales is not simply about quoting prices—it is about understanding client objectives, anticipating market needs, and delivering effective execution.

You will support clients throughout the trading lifecycle, from identifying opportunities and discussing market conditions to obtaining liquidity and coordinating execution.

What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain a portfolio of professional FX clients.
• Generate new business through targeted prospecting, referrals, and existing relationships.
• Discuss currency-market developments and potential trading opportunities with clients.
• Provide competitive FX pricing and coordinate execution with internal trading desks.
• Assist clients with spot, forward, swap, and other relevant FX transactions.
• Analyse client flows to identify opportunities for deeper relationships and increased activity.
• Track major economic releases, interest-rate expectations, inflation data, and central-bank policy.
• Produce concise market updates and commercially relevant trading commentary.
• Coordinate with risk, compliance, settlements, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Contribute to client-retention initiatives and broader revenue-generation objectives.
• Maintain rigorous standards around suitability, conduct, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

What You Bring

• Demonstrable experience in FX sales, trading, brokerage, treasury, or financial markets.
• Strong understanding of FX pricing, liquidity, spreads, execution, and market structure.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving market environment.
• Strong analytical and quantitative capability.
• Commercial awareness and a measurable client-development mindset.
• High level of integrity and attention to regulatory requirements.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.

You can discuss a complex currency-market event with an experienced trader and then explain its practical implications clearly to a corporate client. You are comfortable working with targets, market volatility, multiple stakeholders, and time-sensitive decisions.
