We are seeking an experienced FX Strategist to develop sophisticated foreign-exchange market views, trading intelligence, and analytical frameworks for a modern financial-services environment in Estonia.

The Role

This position is designed for a market professional who can combine macroeconomic analysis, quantitative research, and practical understanding of global currency markets. You will translate complex market developments into actionable intelligence for trading, risk, and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop short-, medium-, and long-term views across major and emerging FX markets.
• Monitor central-bank decisions, inflation, employment data, geopolitical developments, and macroeconomic indicators.
• Analyze currency correlations, volatility, liquidity conditions, and market positioning.
• Produce high-quality FX research, market commentary, and scenario analysis.
• Build analytical frameworks supporting pricing, hedging, and risk-management decisions.
• Collaborate with traders, treasury, risk, and technology teams.
• Track European and global market developments affecting currency flows.
• Present market insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Continuously improve forecasting methodologies and analytical models.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in FX research, treasury, trading, investment analysis, or financial markets.
• Strong understanding of global currency markets and macroeconomic drivers.
• Advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
• Experience with financial-market data platforms and analytical tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, internationally oriented environment.
• Background in economics, finance, mathematics, statistics, or a related discipline.
