We are looking for a Forex Data & Market Intelligence Analyst to transform foreign-exchange market data into actionable intelligence for trading, product, risk, and business teams.

The role combines financial-market research with data analytics. You will investigate currency-market behaviour, liquidity conditions, trading activity, and performance indicators while helping teams make better use of increasingly sophisticated financial datasets.

Core Responsibilities

• Analyse FX market data across currencies, trading sessions, and market conditions.
• Build analytical models covering volatility, liquidity, spreads, volumes, and execution metrics.
• Develop dashboards and recurring reports for trading and management teams.
• Identify patterns and anomalies within large financial datasets.
• Support analysis of client trading behaviour and transaction activity.
• Monitor macroeconomic and market developments affecting currency markets.
• Collaborate with quantitative researchers and technology teams on data projects.
• Improve data-quality controls and analytical pipelines.
• Translate complex datasets into concise business and market insights.
• Support development of new analytics for trading, risk, product, and commercial teams.

Candidate Profile

• 3+ years of experience in financial data analysis, FX analytics, quantitative research, banking, or fintech.
• Strong understanding of foreign-exchange markets.
• Advanced Excel and SQL skills; Python experience strongly preferred.
• Experience working with large datasets and financial-market data.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis, time-series data, and financial dashboards.
• Strong attention to data quality and analytical accuracy.
• Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Professional English communication skills.

Technical Environment

Python, SQL, financial-market APIs, data warehouses, BI platforms, cloud analytics, market-data feeds, and automated reporting systems.
