A high-growth financial technology environment is seeking a Fintech Platform Reliability Lead to ensure the availability, resilience, scalability, and operational performance of mission-critical financial platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement reliability strategies for payment, banking, wallet, and transaction-processing platforms.
• Establish service-level objectives, reliability metrics, error budgets, and operational performance standards.
• Design highly resilient cloud infrastructure capable of maintaining critical financial services during failures and traffic surges.
• Lead capacity planning and performance engineering for high-volume transaction workloads.
• Build advanced observability using metrics, logs, traces, automated alerts, and operational intelligence.
• Develop disaster-recovery, business-continuity, backup, and multi-region resilience strategies.
• Lead investigations into complex production incidents and coordinate technical remediation.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, rollback, and operational workflows.
• Work with engineering and security teams to eliminate systemic reliability risks.
• Mentor engineers and establish mature Site Reliability Engineering practices across fintech platforms.

Qualifications & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, cloud engineering, platform engineering, or financial technology.
• Advanced experience with Kubernetes, containers, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and major cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, networking, observability, and high-availability architecture.
• Experience supporting mission-critical applications with demanding uptime and latency requirements.
• Strong incident-management, performance-engineering, and technical leadership capabilities.
