We are seeking a Lead Treasury Technology Engineer to develop advanced technology supporting liquidity management, cash forecasting, payment flows, reconciliation, and automated treasury operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop platforms for real-time liquidity monitoring and treasury operations.
• Build automated cash-positioning and forecasting capabilities using transaction, settlement, and account data.
• Design systems for payment-flow optimization, cash concentration, reconciliation, and exception management.
• Integrate banking APIs, payment networks, accounting systems, and internal financial platforms.
• Develop automated controls for transaction matching, settlement validation, and liquidity thresholds.
• Implement event-driven processing for real-time financial movements and treasury alerts.
• Build analytical services supporting liquidity forecasting and financial scenario analysis.
• Improve platform reliability, security, observability, and operational resilience.
• Lead technical initiatives involving treasury automation, financial data engineering, and platform modernization.
• Mentor engineers and establish best practices for building mission-critical financial systems.

Candidate Profile

• 7+ years of experience in fintech engineering, treasury technology, payments, banking systems, or financial software.
• Strong backend engineering experience with Java, Kotlin, Go, Python, or equivalent technologies.
• Advanced knowledge of APIs, databases, distributed systems, cloud platforms, and event-driven architecture.
• Understanding of treasury operations, settlement processes, liquidity management, and financial reconciliation.
• Experience working with high-volume transaction systems and sensitive financial data.
• Strong problem-solving, technical leadership, and system-design capabilities.
