Role Overview
The Specialist will support the development and integration of open-banking capabilities, financial APIs, account connectivity, payment services, and third-party financial technology ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the integration of banking and financial APIs into digital products.
• Coordinate technical and operational requirements for third-party financial integrations.
• Analyze API performance, transaction flows, connectivity issues, and integration failures.
• Assist product and engineering teams in defining integration requirements.
• Support account-information and payment-initiation workflows.
• Maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, and operational procedures.
• Monitor API availability, transaction success rates, latency, and service performance.
• Investigate integration incidents and coordinate resolution with technical stakeholders.
• Evaluate prospective fintech and financial-data integration partners.
• Contribute to improvements in authentication, data exchange, and API-management processes.
• Support testing and validation of new financial integrations.
• Produce operational and technical reports for relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in fintech, banking technology, API integration, payments, or digital platforms.
• Understanding of REST APIs, authentication mechanisms, JSON/XML, and system integration.
• Familiarity with open-banking concepts and financial-data ecosystems.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities.
