People Manager – Technology & Corporate Operations

An established business environment in Estonia is looking for an experienced People Manager to support employee development, organisational performance, recruitment coordination, workplace culture, and people-focused business initiatives.

This role is ideal for a professional who understands that successful organisations are built not only around technology and financial performance, but also around talented people, effective communication, strong leadership, and a healthy working environment.

You will work closely with department leaders and employees to strengthen internal processes, improve employee engagement, support talent development, and ensure that people-related initiatives contribute to wider organisational objectives.

Your Responsibilities

• Support workforce planning and organisational development initiatives.
• Coordinate recruitment and employee onboarding activities.
• Develop employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Support performance-management processes.
• Identify training and professional-development requirements.
• Work with managers to address workplace and team-related challenges.
• Maintain accurate employee and organisational documentation.
• Contribute to company policies and internal people processes.
• Analyse workforce information and prepare management reports.
• Help build a professional, collaborative, and high-performing workplace culture.
