We are seeking a commercially focused and strategically minded Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities and strengthen supplier performance, cost management, purchasing efficiency, and sourcing strategies.

The successful candidate will work with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure that procurement activities deliver appropriate value, quality, reliability, and commercial outcomes.

The Role

As Procurement Manager, you will oversee strategic and operational procurement activities while developing effective supplier relationships and sourcing strategies.

You will analyze purchasing requirements, negotiate commercial arrangements, evaluate supplier performance, and identify opportunities to improve procurement efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead supplier sourcing, evaluation, selection, and performance-management activities.
• Negotiate pricing, contractual terms, service levels, and commercial conditions.
• Monitor procurement expenditure and identify cost-optimization opportunities.
• Establish and maintain productive supplier relationships.
• Review procurement processes and implement operational improvements.
• Work with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements.
• Monitor supplier risks, delivery performance, quality, and contractual obligations.
• Prepare procurement analysis, forecasts, and management reports.
• Ensure purchasing activities follow established policies, controls, and approval processes.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage complex supplier relationships. You should be confident making evidence-based purchasing decisions and balancing cost, quality, risk, and operational requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business, Logistics, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, or vendor management.
• Strong negotiation and contract-management capabilities.
• Excellent analytical and financial reasoning skills.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and procurement projects.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
• Professional procurement certification is an advantage.
