Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Director to provide strategic leadership across digital financial services, technology-enabled banking operations, and emerging financial products. The role requires a commercially minded leader who can connect business strategy with technology, customer experience, operational performance, and long-term growth.

The successful candidate will help define strategic priorities, evaluate new financial technologies, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and establish measurable objectives for digital financial initiatives. This position is particularly suited to a professional who understands how financial institutions, technology platforms, payment ecosystems, and digitally enabled customers interact within a rapidly changing market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for digital financial services and technology-driven business initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging fintech models, payment technologies, banking platforms, and digital financial products.
• Establish commercial and operational objectives and monitor progress against agreed KPIs.
• Lead cross-functional teams involving technology, finance, product, operations, compliance, and customer experience.
• Assess new market opportunities and develop business cases for expansion.
• Oversee digital product and service performance, identifying areas requiring improvement.
• Support strategic partnerships with financial institutions, technology providers, and ecosystem participants.
• Review operational risks and ensure appropriate governance structures are maintained.
• Present strategic recommendations, performance reports, and investment proposals to senior leadership.
• Encourage innovation while maintaining appropriate financial, operational, and technology controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Technology, or a related field.
• Significant leadership experience within financial services, fintech, banking, consulting, or technology.
• Strong understanding of digital financial products and technology-enabled business models.
• Excellent strategic planning, commercial analysis, and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage complex initiatives involving multiple departments.
