Position Overview

We are seeking a creative, technically capable, and commercially aware Architect to contribute to the design and development of residential, commercial, institutional, and mixed-use projects. The successful candidate will participate throughout the architectural lifecycle, from early concept development and feasibility studies through detailed design, documentation, coordination, and project delivery.

The role requires a strong understanding of architectural principles, spatial planning, building technologies, and modern design methodologies. The successful professional will collaborate with engineers, contractors, developers, consultants, municipal stakeholders, and project managers to transform project requirements into practical, functional, and visually compelling built environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, preliminary designs, and detailed project documentation.
• Translate client requirements, technical constraints, and development objectives into practical design solutions.
• Prepare drawings, specifications, presentations, and architectural documentation.
• Coordinate architectural designs with structural, mechanical, electrical, and other engineering disciplines.
• Review project requirements and identify potential design, construction, and cost-related challenges.
• Participate in planning meetings, design reviews, site inspections, and project coordination sessions.
• Ensure architectural documentation remains accurate, consistent, and aligned with project requirements.
• Support planning applications, permitting activities, and technical submissions.
• Work with contractors and consultants to resolve design and construction issues.
• Incorporate sustainable materials, energy-efficient principles, and modern construction practices where appropriate.
• Maintain project schedules and contribute to design-stage cost and feasibility assessments.
• Present design proposals clearly to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related discipline.
• Professional experience within architectural design, construction, or property development.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and building processes.
• Proficiency with CAD, BIM, or architectural visualization software.
• Strong spatial reasoning and attention to technical detail.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage several design tasks while meeting project deadlines.
• Professional English proficiency is required; Estonian language skills are an advantage.
