Description

An opportunity is available for a highly organized Coordinator to oversee day-to-day workplace and administrative services within a professional office environment. The position is designed for someone who can coordinate office resources, employee requests, facilities, suppliers, meetings, and administrative processes while maintaining a consistently efficient workplace.

The successful candidate will act as a central coordination point between employees, management, facilities providers, procurement teams, IT support, and external vendors. The role requires the ability to prioritize competing requests, maintain accurate records, coordinate schedules, and resolve routine operational issues promptly.

The Coordinator will also contribute to workplace-improvement initiatives, including better use of office space, digital administration, supplier coordination, employee-support services, and more efficient administrative workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily workplace and office-administration activities.
  • Manage employee requests relating to facilities, equipment, supplies, and office services.
  • Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, security, repairs, and other workplace providers.
  • Maintain office calendars, meeting-room schedules, and shared resources.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate purchasing requirements.
  • Maintain supplier contacts, service records, and administrative documentation.
  • Assist with onboarding logistics and workplace preparation for new employees.
  • Coordinate office events, meetings, workshops, and employee activities.
  • Track workplace-related expenses and support administrative budget monitoring.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment, office assets, and service agreements.
  • Identify recurring workplace issues and recommend practical solutions.
  • Support office relocation, renovation, and workplace-improvement projects.
  • Introduce more efficient digital tools and administrative workflows.
  • Prepare periodic reports on workplace services and office performance.

Desired Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in office administration, workplace coordination, or corporate services.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Strong supplier and service-provider coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting multiple departments.
