We are seeking an experienced Director to lead strategic academic-development and innovation initiatives within a modern higher-education environment. The position is designed for a senior professional capable of combining educational leadership, institutional strategy, digital transformation, research development, and stakeholder engagement.

The successful candidate will contribute to the development of academic programmes, student experiences, research partnerships, professional-development initiatives, and technology-enabled learning. The role will involve working with academic staff, researchers, administrators, students, government stakeholders, industry partners, and international educational organizations.

A key responsibility will be strengthening the connection between education and the evolving requirements of the labor market. The Director will identify emerging skills requirements and help develop programmes that prepare students and professionals for changing industries, technologies, and economic conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic academic-development programmes.
• Lead initiatives to improve teaching quality and student experiences.
• Support the creation and modernization of academic programmes.
• Promote digital learning and technology-enabled education.
• Develop partnerships with research institutions and industry organizations.
• Support international academic collaboration and knowledge exchange.
• Monitor educational trends and emerging workforce requirements.
• Establish performance indicators for academic and institutional programmes.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and strategic education projects.
• Support research, innovation, and professional-development initiatives.
• Prepare strategic reports and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve institutional efficiency and academic competitiveness.

Desired Qualifications & Skills:

• Advanced degree in Education, Business, Public Administration, Academic Management, or a relevant discipline.
• Significant experience in higher education, academic administration, research, or institutional leadership.
• Strong strategic planning and organizational leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Understanding of digital education and modern learning technologies.
• Ability to manage complex programmes involving academic, governmental, and industry stakeholders.
