An opportunity is available for an experienced Architect to contribute to the planning and development of modern residential, commercial, and mixed-use environments in Estonia. The position focuses on combining architectural creativity with practical construction requirements, environmental considerations, digital design technologies, and long-term urban development objectives.

The successful candidate will participate throughout the architectural lifecycle, from initial concepts and feasibility studies through detailed design, documentation, construction coordination, and project completion. The role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex requirements into functional, attractive, and sustainable built environments.

The Architect will collaborate with engineers, planners, contractors, developers, consultants, and other project stakeholders. A strong understanding of building regulations, construction materials, energy efficiency, accessibility, and contemporary architectural practices will be valuable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, technical drawings, and project documentation.
• Participate in feasibility studies and preliminary project assessments.
• Coordinate architectural designs with structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering requirements.
• Support sustainable and energy-efficient building solutions.
• Review construction documentation and monitor design implementation.
• Collaborate with contractors, consultants, municipalities, and project stakeholders.
• Utilize BIM and computer-aided design technologies throughout project development.
• Identify design challenges and develop practical technical solutions.
• Maintain project schedules and contribute to design quality control.
• Ensure architectural work aligns with applicable Estonian and European requirements.

Desired Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in Architecture or a closely related discipline.
• Professional experience in architectural or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of CAD, BIM, and architectural visualization tools.
• Understanding of construction processes and building regulations.
• Excellent technical, creative, and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
